SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the U.S. After ordering, you will receive two confirmation emails from elkustomgifts.com. A confirmation of your order's receipt, and a confirmation email to tell you that your order was delivered. Please allow the product 3-10 business days to arrive.
Currently, we accept orders from local customers only. We are unable to ship to international, APO or FPO addresses. We also do not include pricing information on our packing slip.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
